beer, hard cider, vinegars, preserves, jams, confectionery, sauces, bases, compounds, dairy products, and as a natural sweetener.
With the use different state-of-the-art reprocessing techniques and ingredients, color, consistency, flavor profile and microbiological
properties of apple juice concentrate can be adjusted to be used for a broad range of industrial applications. 
The Deionized Apple Juice Concentrate is prepared physically from fresh, sound and properly mature apples which go through the following technological process including washing, sorting, crushing, pressing, pasteurization, enzymatic treatment, ultra-filtration, resin absorption and evaporation etc.  It is used mainly in the production of packet juice beverage drinks and as an base ingredient in the production of various food and beverage products,such as soft drinks, cider, apple vinegar, health care products, canned fruits, yoghurt and candies.
